Tasting Australia 2025, one of the nation’s most iconic culinary festivals, was held from May 2 to 11 in Adelaide and various regions of South Australia.
Over ten days, this prestigious event brought together food lovers, top chefs, artisan producers, and beverage specialists for a true celebration of flavor, place, and people.
Town Square – The Festival's Heartbeat:
At the center of the event was the bustling Town Square, attracting over 65,000 visitors.
Featuring 15 diverse food stalls, four themed bars, live music, and artisan showcases, this vibrant space allowed guests to experience more than 2,000 curated dishes and over 4,500 bottles of wine.
It served as a direct connection point between passionate producers and the public.
Unique Culinary Experiences:
Tasting Australia offered immersive experiences like the Tasting Australia Airlines—private culinary trips to the scenic Flinders Ranges and Murray River—and the Ghan Experience, a re-creation of the luxury train’s fine dining atmosphere within the festival grounds.
