In this section, the yeasts are separated from the fermentation liquid in several stages, the product of which is the yeast cream. And in the filtration turn to be placed in the filter press machine. The result of this step is the dough cake. The dough cake is then cut into thin strands by a granulator and poured into dryers.
In this section, the yeast filaments lose their moisture and dry out.

The final product is packed in normal and vacuum packages immediately after the drying process.
